Why sing? There are many reasons. Happiness and being part of a lively group are two of them.
Singing also can be good for your health. It is an aerobic activity, exercising the major muscle groups in the upper body,
even when sitting. Singing stimulates the body to produce ‘feel good’ endorphins;
it reduces stress levels and improves our sense of emotional well-being. Singing together builds community.
